Do you provide moving services?

While we'd love to help you clear out the clutter, we aren't equipped or insured to handle moves. Our team focuses strictly on the removal and recycling of unwanted items to ensure your property is debris-free.

Do you recycle and donate?

We believe in giving back. Your unwanted items often become someone else’s treasure. We donate reusable homewares, clothes, and electronics to local non-profits. Anything that can’t be donated—like metal, paper, and concrete—is processed at recycling centers, ensuring we stay as green as possible.

How do you charge?

Most of the time, you only pay for the space your junk takes up. That said, if you’re looking to get rid of heavy-duty materials like concrete or plaster, we do add a surcharge to account for the extra weight and specialized disposal fees required for those items.

How much notice do you require?

In most cases, we can be at your property within 24 to 48 hours. If you have a specific date or a tight deadline in mind, please call our office ahead of time to lock in your preferred appointment.

Why are appointments booked in two-hour windows?

We value your time, which is why we utilize two-hour appointment blocks to account for daily variables like traffic. To keep you in the loop, our drivers will call you 15 to 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm they are on their way.

What do you do with the junk?

More than 60% of the items we remove are given a second life through local charities or recycling programs. We only utilize landfills and transfer stations for the remaining materials that cannot be repurposed.
